Shipping and Returns
We strive to deliver your order as fast as possible while keeping your costs low. Once we prepare your order, we like to ship the next business day, when possible. Holiday shipping closures and shipping restrictions are out of our control, and we work to minimize any negative effect.
Shipping
Orders have a processing/handling time of 48-72 hours if the leather is available in stock.
Our standard shipping service provider is UPS and USPS; however, we could ship using FedEx or truck line at your request; any additional cost would be at buyer’s expense.
Overnight delivery is offered on orders placed on business days by 10 a.m. EST.
Freight costs and Shipping charges are added to the buyer invoice after the leather is pulled and boxed, to ensure proper size and weight for shipping provider fee schedules.
Returns
All leather returns must be requested within 21 days of the invoice date and returned in original condition. We do not accept returns of cut or marked hides. Special order hides, custom dye lots, perforated or embossed leather, promotional hides, and closeouts are not returnable. You must contact a PRIMO PELLÉ sales representative to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to any return. A restocking fee of 20%-25% may or may not apply. Return Shipping (freight) charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do, however, discount our return shipping rates for your convenience. We can provide you with a UPS return label to make the process easier for you. Return freight charges would be deducted from any refund issued.
All returned leather is subject to an incoming receiving quality inspection and no refunds will be provided for any damaged, mishandled or improperly packaged returned material. No returns will be accepted after forty-five (45) days from date of original shipment from PRIMO PELLÉ.
