Warranty

PRIMO PELLÉ, warranty is ONLY valid for products purchased from PRIMO PELLÉ and used in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Any warranty is limited to the ORIGINAL buyer only. Our leather, in regular conditions, is warranted for 36 months. This warranty will not be honored if there has been modification to the leather, unauthorized repair, abuse, or accident, causing damage.

Our warranty does not apply to claims for abrasions, scuffs, cuts, scratches, or abusive and excessive wear. We (PRIMO PELLÉ) will not be held responsible for color dye lot variations in connection with any authorized warranty claim. 

Silicone based products and or harsh chemicals can damage and or destroy the leather and its surfaces. This will void any warranty.

All warranty claims are at the discretion of PRIMO PELLÉ.
